Hadoop Installation without CYGWIN on Windows

I had spent about couple of months working on Hadoop installing on Windows environment, following all the available information on the web. But I failed. Either some permission issues or some JobTracker issues – I was not successful. And the amount of time I had spent was too much. I don’t want any Hadoop enthusiast to go through those steps, instead here is a method to install Hadoop on your Windows machine without CYGWIN.
